Film, television, media, and creative projects may share themes, settings, genres, characters, historical subjects, mythological elements, narrative devices, concepts, or other similarities.

DESERT STORM KW may already be developing, considering, receiving, or independently creating projects or materials that are similar to, overlap with, or resemble elements contained in a collaboration inquiry.

Accordingly, the existence of similarity alone between a submitted idea and any current or future DESERT STORM KW project does not by itself establish that the submission was copied, used, acquired, or relied upon.

Nothing in this section grants DESERT STORM KW ownership of a submitter's protected intellectual property or authorizes unauthorized copying of protected material.

Any actual acquisition, license, assignment, production arrangement, or other transfer of rights must be established separately where applicable.
