We extend our sincere gratitude to all the nations and forces of the Coalition that stood with Kuwait and contributed to its liberation, to their leaders and their people, and to everyone who stood with Kuwait during those difficult days.
Their support and sacrifices will forever remain part of Kuwait’s history — a memory its people will never forget.
May the fallen rest in peace. May Kuwait always be protected.
We will never forget those who stood with us.

إلى شهداء الكويت، وإلى كل من ضحّى بحياته من أجل حريتها وتحريرها.
نتقدم بخالص الشكر والتقدير إلى جميع دول وقوات التحالف التي وقفت إلى جانب الكويت وساهمت في تحريرها، وإلى قادتها وشعوبها، وإلى كل من وقف مع الكويت في تلك الأيام العصيبة.
سيبقى موقفهم وتضحياتهم جزءًا من تاريخ الكويت، وذكرى لن ينساها شعبها.
